In recognition of International Migrants Day, ADC participated in a Temporary Protected Status (TPS) advocacy campaign on Capitol Hill, led by Congresswoman Yvette Clarke in collaboration with African Communities Together, The Nigerian Center, Haitian Bridge Alliance, and other immigrant serving organizations.
The event called on the Biden Administration to strengthen protections for Black and African migrants facing immigration uncertainty and displacement. ADC's participation reaffirmed its commitment to advancing immigrant rights, amplifying African

voices, and supporting collective advocacy efforts that promote dignity, protection, and equitable immigration policies.
